You understand that the collection, technical processing, and transmission of your information, is handled by Stripe and is 128 bit secure.
Travel Planet Network does not warrant that (i) the service will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be 100% accurate 100% of the time.
You understand that Travel Planet Network uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service.
You may not reverse engineer or reuse source code that is in public view. This includes any and all javascript. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, computer code that powers the Service, or access to the Service without the permission by Travel Planet Network.
Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Travel Planet Network customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination.

This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or under any other cause of action.
Indemnity
You hereby agree to indemnify and hold, Travel Planet Network harmless for any and all costs, damages, expenses, liabilities or obligations (including defense costs and attorneys fees) that it may incur as a result of claims asserted against it by any third party that directly or indirectly arise or otherwise relate to your access, including without limitation your failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement or any License Agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, the services and information on this website are provided “AS IS,” and without warranty, and all warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, are hereby disclaimed, and you hereby waive all such warranties.

Exclusive Venue
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the internal substantive laws of the United States and State of Nevada, without references to rules governing the choice of laws. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under this Agreement shall lie exclusively with a court of competent jurisdiction located within the County of Clark located in the State of Nevada, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such court. Any legal action concerning these Terms or this website must be brought within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises and must be brought in the State of Nevada where our corporate headquarters are located.
Pricing & Guarantees
Travel Planet Network guarantees the purchaser will save THREE (3) TIMES the price they paid for their Travel Savings Plan, up to 2 years from the date it was first activated, or Travel Planet will refund twice the price paid for the Plan. To qualify for the refund, the user must simply show proof of purchase, date activated, and list of trips using the Hotel Saver Gift Booking Engine, over the past two years. The user must have taken a minimum of 3 trips within the 2 years the Travel Savings Plan has been activated.
User understands the prices on a property displayed is based on 4 things. 1) The type of property (star rating), 2) length of stay, 3) the time of the year, and 4) if there is any special events going on in the city during that time. Users can search for hotels/resorts multiple ways. 1) location, 2) star rating, 3) biggest savings, 4)highest/lowest price, 5) hotel name. Prices will range from a few saving dollars, to the limit of the Travel Savings Plan purchased. Users are able to continue using their Travel Savings Plan up to 2 years from the time it has been activated or until the savings have been used up. Users may wish purchase another account, provided another email is used.

Modification of These Terms and Conditions and Certificate Programs
Travel Planet Network reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue, change, modify, or amend any of these terms, conditions, notices and certificate programs relating to or offered by this website. The terms and conditions listed on each certificate are subject to change without notice. All users of Travel Planet Network and/or ActivateTravelSavings.com is responsible for the terms and conditions as they apply on the date of purchase or activation. No refunds will be provided for any Travel Planet Network activation code that is modified or discontinued.
The failure of Travel Planet Network to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms and Conditions constitutes the entire agreement between you and Travel Planet Network and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Travel Planet Network (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms and Conditions).
